An interaction by the CHIST-ERA funded PROVIDEDH Project Partners — Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities and Cultural Heritage and the non-funded Community Network Partners Gastrosophie, University Salzburg

In the context of the PROVIDEDH project (PROgressive VIsual DEcision-Making in Digital Humanities), and in the context of the important and still emerging study of uncertainty in DH research (Therón et al., 2018), during the DH2019 conference in Utrecht members of the PROVIDEDH team organised a day-long, hands-on workshop with the Exploration Space team of the ACDH Austrian Academy of Sciences and the VisUsal research group of the University of Salamanca.

The PROVIDEDH project was presented at the Austrian Citizen Science Conference by Eveline Wandl-Vogt on behalf of Enric Senabre and Amelie Dorn.

The PROVIDEDH Project was presented at the DARIAH Annual Event in Warsaw, 15-17 May 2019.

We are delighted to have been accepted to present at the DARIAH Annual Event in Warsaw (15-17 May 2019). Our paper is entitled: 'PROgressive VIsual DEcision-Making in Digital Humanities: Towards Uncertainty Annotation in TEI, M. Kozak [et al.]'.

The PROVIDEDH Project was presented at the CHIST-ERA Project Seminar in Bucharest on 3rd-4th April, 2019. Members of the PROVIDEDH Project presented a poster and demo to members of the CHIST-ERA organisation.

Deadline for submission to Informatics Open Access Journal Special Issue, “Uncertainty in Digital Humanities” has been extended.
